Dick was an Eagle of the first magnitude. He soared above the noise into the stillness and saw with clarity. I shall miss his thoughtfulness and kindness, his wonderful calm, and most of all, his humor. He was a true friend to anyone and everyone. I'll miss him every time I'm outside listening to and trying to see the birds. What a wonderful gift he gave us - his friendship.
