What's for dinner at Lizard Field Station, Newman CA? Let's ask Dick to make his famous Garbs and Torts...again! Yes, he will do it! To the local grocery store we went, got the goods and hit the kitchen. He instructed us to remove the seeds and the inner veins of the Jalapenos so that the Garbonzo Beans and Tortillas would be flavorful, but not too HOT. We munched and crunch and yes sipped and sipped a cold beer or two. The next morning we enjoyed yet another Dick Repasky special treat - his Colon blow cereal mix. Between the dinner and the breakfast we were all fueled up and rearin' to go to catch lizards. Dick rumbled off in his old Mazda Pickup and off to Lizard land we would all go. Dick was a wonderful story teller and a great friend. Thank you for all your adviced and guidance. I miss you. Chris Giorni
